GM: See, I told ya I'd post today...yesterday...errm...two days ago :)


The heroes counter attack is brutal with the scouts taking the full wrath of the frost giant, the guards mauled by Rocco and the paladin, and the leader hit yet again by a lethal arrow causing him to be confused. The three scouts attack the giant with blows that should have severely wounded Sigarrr, but his armor or skin seemed to absorb most of the pain. The guards breath acid and attack with their weapons. Rocco and Skalisss, though protected from Nementah's magic, still take damage, with Skalisss taking the worst from a brutal blow from the leader, who then yells Call in the dogs...NOW! One of the scouts not within reach runs to the north an yells. Three hounds with one guard in tow come forth from the north. The guard immediately cuts the hounds loose and says screams an order. The hounds prepare to charge.

4. Alpha wolf presents orb of nature to Lerrick who gives it to Nementah.
5. Halleck finds orb of elements after party defeats band of ogres and a hill giant. He gives it to Raijin.
6. Defeated Bosch's dragonborn minions who tried to disrupt the ritual for removing the mark of Lerrick.
7. Mark is successfully removed from Lerrick by brother Buchta.
8. Encounter the great dragon Bosch for the first time. Dragon leaves but swears revenge.
9. Party returns Lerrick to mother in Daunton, but the father was not there as he was on an urgent task for brother Navio, something related to the shield.
10. Rocco tested for invoking a god. The party as well as other patrons at the tavern help defend Rocco from her wrath.
11. Party helps Druid retrieve artifact: The Branch of Life
12. Killed beholders that were feasting on druids
13. Destroyed gate portal to hell
14. Moved to room that contained a tomb with a shield impression exact like the shield Halleck possess. A wizard named Vlastoes tries in vain to open it. He unleashes undead minions to slay the heroes.
15. The spells prove too powerful for the wizard and he is killed, temporarily...as his body is consumed by some unknown power which strips the wizard of his flesh and takes his soul stone, thus converting the wizard into a lich.

GM: Guys, sorry for the delay. I don't like to make everyone wait. I'm about 1/2 way done. Tomorrow I have a time set aside to finish the enemy attack. Stop making my enemies dazed :) I want them to breath acid on you as well as hit you with weapons

Move: To J10, drawing OA from G2 (who's marked by Rocco, I'll leave it to the DM to decide that one)

GM: Let's just say that G2 was distracted by Rocco. If G2 would have hit Sigarrr, the frost giant would have been knocked prone, thus cancelling most of his attacks. It's been a long time since I've posted. I don't want to redo everything. I'll find away to get back at the frost giant ;)

From my last round: Minor: Kirre's roar: MARK G1; G2; G3; G4; Leader, Rocco gains resist all 2 vs those opponents - Rocco resists additional 4 damage and all those attacks were at -2 from the mark (but you rolled high and low, no border cases :)

Rocco spins in downward cutting spiral and then back up in powerful backhand stroke, catching one of the guards by surprise. Other guard barely parries the attack, feeling the strike through his armor, but the attack passes without blood.

Rocco calls out: "Peresepha, my Queen, this one is avoiding his destiny!"
Dwarfs face shimmers as small sliver of Queen of Deaths power peeks through his eyes and dragonborn guard shudders as the gaze focuses on him imparting the sense of imminent death.

On his turn upward, Rocco shifts slightly and ends up facing the guard closer to two fey.

HAHAHA! Double Crit! Thank you Jagged weapon!

Sigarr may be strong and haughty, but even the half-giant knows that the three he battles, plus another and a trio of voracious hounds would be too much for him. Sigarr kicks the closest dragonborn away for a moment giving him space and then stabs his ice-weapon through the chest of the very injured scout. A spray of blood stains the weapon as the barbarian draws it out.

The sight of the blood keeps his own adrenaline flowing and spurring the half-giant on, eager to drop the enemy leader before the lesser foes reach them. The larger dragonborn doesn't see Sigarr coming and only feels the massive pain as the barbarian's spear pierces through its armored scales, leaving a terrible wound that continues to bleed. Sigarr doesn't relent though and slashes the head across the enemy's exposed back, drawing another vicious wound.

2) Shrug it Off - if affected by a save ends attack - Make a saving throw against the effect. If successful shift 1 square as a free action
3) Guardian's Counter - preferably to take the hit for a squishier member - An ally within 2 squares is hit by an attack from L that doesn't target Sigarr. Effect - Sigarr and ally shift 2 squares and Sigarr becomes target in place of ally. After resolved Sigarr can make an MBA against enemy.[/sblock]

From my last round: Minor: Kirre's roar: MARK G1; G2; G3; G4; Leader, Rocco gains resist all 2 vs those opponents - Rocco resists additional 4 damage and all those attacks were at -2 from the mark (but you rolled high and low, no border cases :)

Taking a blow from the Dragonborn leader Skalisss stabs back and calls on the healing power of Nerari to close the wound.
