[Adventure]Curious & Curiouser (Judge: Stonegod)

OOC: is it fresh? Any smell?

EDIT: Sorry about 4d20, I forgot that wasn't IC.

Muzdum is too busy looking at what he managed to snatch from some old dead guy to pay much attention to anything else. Goldlust glitters in his eyes.

Braddock slowly rises, "Oye, Muzdum! This is the best I've felt in a'bit. We're deep underground! And it feels good! Well, we were expected. Now we have to find our host."

He slowly takes in the room, craghammer in hand. It grows green in the pale light.

OOC: Active vestige: Zutwa

"Aye aye me brother, been a while! Too much green and fresh air fer me nose. What ye got from the dead?" asks Muzdum in reply.

"The pixie and fairy graves? I am a bit curious about that m'self."

Braddock starts looking in his front left cloak pocket, evidently where he stashed the items during the fall.

Quan lands on the tips of his toes and looks over at the smoking device, could it be a narcotic he wonders?

[sblock=DM]Benefits of an extended rest, do you want us to level up or not?[/sblock]

Entry Room

As soon as she awoke, Rikka shifted immediately into her preferred leopard form. She scanned the room warily, expecting some sort of trap.

Orsik gets up and looks around. He pays particular attention to the meal and smoking device.
GM: MetaVoid: Orsik notices that there is only enough liquid – nut brown in color – to barely cover the bottom of the cup. The bread is oval shaped and flat, browned on both sides, but cool to the touch. The hookah is about two feet tall and has four hoses attached to the base. At the top is a large bowl with a green leafy – ah…I’ll say tobacco – plant material loaded within it. There is a distinctly pungent smell coming from the tobacco.

GM: johnmeier1: No Leveling up at this time. By all means get your wiki page updated if you want, but I'll only say that you can level up at the next extended rest.

[sblock=Miniature Items]As you were falling down the tunnel shaft, each of you was able to reach out and grab some items from the mausoleum niches. Upon inspection, you can immediately see the fine quality and feel the strong enchantments placed upon each. Each item is designed for a tiny-sized creature, much too small for your current sizes. Feel free to trade amongst yourselves so long as each player has 1 weapon, 1 armor, 1 neck-slot item, and 1 other/wondrous item. Please add these to your stat sblock in your posts for later use. I included a link to the D&D Compendium for easy reference. If you don’t have a subscription, PM me and I’ll forward the info to you.

OOC: jsb420 , Orsik is NOT proficient with flails (or greatswords and tridents for that matter) so only weapon he could use here is staff...he's proficient with simple melee. simple ranged and military hammers and maces (not flails) did you mean for this to be the case?

OOC: I'm satisfied with the items otherwise, except maybe boots would better suit those who make more attacks (Muzdum and Rikka) in melee as that increases the chance of critting.

Also, does anyone else gets the feeling we'll be belittled :D

Rikka prowled the room restlessly, examining each corner. As she did, she spoke, her purring voice pitched loud enough for the others to hear. "There has to be some way out of here- that werebat flew in this way, and he's nowhere to be seen. The whole set-up reminds me of a tale I learned, when I spent a summer with the Greensingers as part of my training- it was a tale about the capricious nature of the fey. Thelanis, the great forest realm that some call the Feywild, is not a great unified realm- it exists as many little pockets, some ruled by powerful fey folk, and in may of these realms the rules of nature and magic can be rather strangely altered. In the tale, a girl followed a rabbit down a hole into one such pocket, and the rules of the place were quite confusing to her. We might be in just such a place now- those strange sensations we felt during our fall could mark such a transition..." She paused for a moment, and shifted back to her elven form just long enough to pile the doll-sized trinkets on the table- then she shifted back into her leopard-shape. "That tale, and many others, also have no good to say about such fey-touched trinkets..."

OOC: Unless there is some deep meta-reason, Rikka wants nothing to do with the 'toys'.
