OOC - since I go on the same Initiative as the bad guys, their effects are still active when I go right? (ie: prone, -2 AC etc.)

Well the -2 to AC will expire at the end of Tondrek's Turn which is before yours. Also, based on that initiative, it looks like Rohna's after the bad guys (probably because her Init mod is lower)[/sblock]

The gnome peeks across the water at the three opponents standing gawking on the far side. A bit too far for my spells to reach... but perhaps I can pull them a bit closer...

She concentrates on her orb which begins to pulse with shifting colors. She spins it around on her palm and the colors burst out to form a kaleidoscopic pattern dancing on the surface of the water, enticing the enemies to come forward.

Not waiting to see the effect of her spell she takes a step back, getting out of sight of the enemies.

Hypnotic Pattern vs small-b, L, D (1d20+11=20, 1d20+11=28, 1d20+11=25) Vs. will, so I imagine that 20 has a good chance against the big guy, the others probably hit too. Just in case, if L or D is missed I'll use orb of deception to retarget K:
1d20+11+4=16 Natural 1! Well I hope the original attacks hit, or else orb of deception was wasted. :D

Hit opponents are slowed and pulled 3 squares toward P17. I'd move b to O17 L to P17, D to Q17. (large creatures generally need all their squares over a pit to fall, if they can keep one square on solid ground they are safe, not sure if that would apply to the water here...)

Move: L26. Can make a stealth check (big-B can maybe still see Roswyn, but against the rest). Stealth (1d20+4=6) Never mind.

Reaction: use shield to prevent a hit, Fade Away if actually hit.[/sblock]

Reeling from his previous failure, Brenron moves forward hesitantly, prays really hard and points his staff toward his enemies.

Shava smiles, pleased at the effecitveness of the group working in concert. Now it seems like a proper crew. She raises her dagger, eyes flash, and lets loose a blast of lightning but her aims is off and sizzles above the lizard.

The drow continues to focus on the large blackscaled foe who's lying prone near the water, causing a burst of flaming meteorites but his aim is not quite perfect as the rocks fall. To his surprise, the projectiles pummel the lizardman, crushing torso and skull. Cursing all the gods, the drow retreats back the way he came, hoping to remain out of sight, but all his cursing and muttering give him away.

[sblock=ooc]A hit just barely. Kills him. If you want to move elsewhere go ahead and let me know. If not, don't forget the -5 penalty for moving more than two squares. Can't cut that corner so you have to move 3.[/sblock]

The large blackscale lizard walks forward, it will easily overcome. It stops just short of the water before it comes to it's senses. Shaking it's head it slowly moves closer to Rohna and Mitra. The creature raises it's club and tries to bring it down on the head of the goliath, but the strike is too slow and the goliath can sidestep it easily.

The dragonborn and the green scaled lizardman are swept to the right side of the room. With little effort though both climb out of the rushing water.
The dragonborn moves along the far wall for now. The lizardman imparts some minor nature magics to the dragonborn, giving it confidence. It then raises it's spear and shouts a primal cry. The stone beneath the feet of those in the hallway turns to thick muck. The sudden change in terrain causes the group to wrench ankles and knees. The mud sucks at their feet, keeping them in place.

The zone(outlined) is difficult terrain until the end of the encounter.[/sblock]

Agh." Shava cries out as her legs slide into the mud. She tries to move forward, but can tell it will take a more solid go of things.

She brings up her dagger and unleashes another bolt toward the lizard but is having a hard time communing with the storm underground. The bolt sizzles lightly but does no damage.

The surge of power does seem to loosen her legs and she feels like she could move again.

Tamarand comes back around the corner, giving up on the stealthy approach and sees the mud all over the ground. "Good thing I moved" the drow thinks as he sees the largest and most obvious threat in front of him. Pointing the dagger more flaming meteors appear and slam directly into the blackscale.

Tondrek looks down at his feet and smiles. Neat! Spontaneous generation of acquacious dirt in underground envirornaments! But then he realizes Little Big Girl is stuck and at the mercy to the big mean guy with the club. He clicks a small fob dangling from his armor and it springs magically to life, hopping over to Rhona, crawling down her leg, and then stinging the mud, trying to release her.

While that is happening, Tondrek adjusts the magic on his crossbow again, this time creating a bluish bolt. He fires, the bolt slamming into the brute's shoulder and interfering with his aim. Tondrek hops up in glee, realizing distractedly that the mud has weakened in his area.[sblock=Actions]Minor to use Swift Mender to give Rhona a save.
