Also, anyone mind giving Draglin a flanking buddy by the end of the next turn? I need it for my AP combo. ;)

OOC: Presumably Draglin triggered the Dragon's triggered attack? Is it a reaction or a free action?

OOC: I'm fairly certain you can't shift unless a power says "you can shift", otherwise is your standard OA-drawing movement. Based on my reading of the dragon's triggered power, there's a possibility Draglin never even made it, since if it hits it'd knock him prone.

Where he'd be prone if he's hit depends on whether the power is a reaction or interrupt/free.

Oh the dragon has not yet hit anyone. I see no free MBAs for anyone at the moment.
Now if you spend an AP remember roll the AP attack FIRST.
