OOC: Hilkalas was dazed, so you took too many actions.

OOC: Yes, the Move and the Minor don't count. VV, could you set up your stat block so that it is easier to read? I cannot tell which powers he used and which he did not use from it. Hilkalas isn't healed quite yet, but he does get the minor heal from the Astra Seal from the Action Point attack.

Also, I assume that you used the attack on the Ogre first, otherwise, the Ogre would have gotten an Opportunity Attack. Watch out for these types of mistakes. You only get one mulligan. ;)

OOC: Tana had a poor initiative roll so she didn't get to go before the bad guys; she only has one set of actions unless I use an AP or one of her immediate interrupt triggers goes off
"I think I'd better give Hilkalas a hand with the Ogre." Tana said, moving forward. She hoped the others understood the implication that she had used her only fire spell on the bandits, and the monsters did not catch it. Her rapier seemed to pierce space itself just before she hit the creature, and Tana stepped through that opening into a new position, and then stabbed her thunder-infused blade into the ogre's hide.
OOC: Edit: After reading VV's comments, I'm pretty confused as to where he and the ogre are. As long as Tana can reach the Ogre with a move + 3-square teleport, she'll do that, and if flanking it isn't possible, she won't worry about it. If a rolled 17 misses, she's got pretty serious problems anyway.

Edit again: I think I've got this figured out

[sblock=actions]move: move to -B11
standard: Use Dimensional Thunder. Teleport to -C8. Dimensional Thunder at Ogre vs Fort; dmg (1d20+12=29, 2d8+7=13) This should hit for 13 damage.
{Effect: Teleport a number of squares equal to Tana's Constitution modifier (+3).; Hit: 2d8 + 7 thunder damage.; Effect: Each enemy adjacent to Tana gains ongoing 5 thunder damage (save ends).}
minor: mark the Ogre with Tana's Aegis of Shielding[/sblock]

[sblock=immediate interrupts]
If an enemy within ten squares of Tana and within five squares of another target hits an ally in melee, Tana will use Dimensional Vortex

If the ogre attacks anyone other than Tana, Tana will apply her Aegis
[/sblock]

But it says "Spent" before each spent power, and it says nothing (with the type of power, D, E, A before it) when they are not used.

No, shimmering Cloth allows Hilkalas to use ranged and area attacks without provoking AoO (Noted in the fluff text).
drothgery note that the ogre has been pushed away from Hilkalas. I was planning on getting away, but Dazed says no can do.

Clear as mud.

Could you make that more visible? Bold it, make it a different color? Something?

A friend of mine was an editor and he always said that if you write something that looks like a paragraph, it's harder to read. If you write it like a table or chart, people can visualize it much faster. Sorry, but your stat block just looks a bit like a rambling paragraph, mostly because you wrote what every power does. It makes the stat block look real busy and large. You don't need that extra power info in your stat block, you just need to add the extra info in your actions block when you use the power.

However you can clean it up a bit would be appreciated. :lol:

Sorry, but I do not have time to read 8 page character sheets for 5 PCs every round to find out every little nuance of PCs. If something is happening, you HAVE to write it down in your post.

Thanks.

Use Dimensional Thunder. Teleport off the map to flank the Ogre.

OOC: drothgery, the Ogre was pushed 4 squares back and is out of Tana's range for a move and teleport. You can keep the same to hit roll, but unless you can make that distance in movement, you'll need to pick a new target (and/or power).

OOC: sigh. This is why I like a map where the players are capable of making updates on their own such as ditzie or google docs

OOC: I'll have to redo Tana's actions. But I need to get to work ...

OOC: True, but players can make mistakes with the maps just as easily as they do by not reading what other players post. And the downside of the non-static maps is that they do not keep a history of where everyone was. Pros and Cons.
