[Rystil Arden]

"Loose ends? I don't see any loose ends that would be safe for you to pursue. You don't want to get any further on Larue's bad side or it could be a world of trouble for you."

 

[Bront]

"Seems I've already been in a world of trouble. At least I'd know I was on the right side of it this time."

 

[Rystil Arden]

"Well...you should be careful. I don't need your help, but that little girl who is dying does. Can you really afford to wait on her without a specific goal in mind here? And if you have a specific goal...what is it?"

 

[Bront]

"I want to leave here knowing that you haven't been enchanted in some way, to at least ease my guilty consious a little. Somethin ain't right here. Once that's done, we'll move on."

 

[Rystil Arden]

"Well, there isn't anyone nearby that can do that. Just go ahead. I'll be fine."

 

[Bront]

"Well, at least humor me till morning when Scun can check and see if whatever you were under has worn off, ok?"

 

[Rystil Arden]

"Fine. Of course, depending on how fast Larue has been working, it could be too late for you by then. But that's your problem now."

 

[Bront]

"Sounds like it'd be a problem for you too then. Anyway, I don't see it as being a big issue. He expects us to meet him at his place tomorow. I can just tell him you're here recovering, which as far as I'll know you will be. If you recover sooner than anyone might expect, well, that's a good thing, is it not?"

 

[Rystil Arden]

"Fine. Why don't you go to sleep? I'm not tired, but you probably are."

 

[Bront]

"You realy are insistant on trying to get rid of me aren't you? Besides, we have drinks to finish." Cade says, taking another sip.
