Those are rolls with modifiers. The gang though took their lowest bonus (+1) so that I only had to roll one die for them.
 

since sara can't actually see anyone to attack yet, she will get off her now frightened horse and get ready to hit anyone who presents themselves (quickdraw on both swords.) if a target has been identified by that time she will charge it. (do they still have partial charges?) If she can't get to the target, she will make an intimidate check instead.

My Initiative is +6....so how can a 0 be rolled for my initiative? (+2 Dex, +4 Improved Initiative Feat) Thanks

Something must have happened where I ended up with a +2 modifier. I either was looking at someone elses character sheet, or perhaps misread it.

Not seeing anything specific to go for, Harwin remains where he is and holds his action until he sees a target to go for.
 

Everyone readies themselves after the noise, alert and prepared for anything.

Gang: One of the braver halflings comes out of the woods from the front of the road. He shouts as loud as he can at the group, "Getchyer hands up! Up! Get away from your horses, and keep your hands fwer I can see them!"

Reluctantly, nine other halflings present themselves from the woods. One of the halflings is down on the ground, unconcious from the fall from the tree, near Karcer.

The gang all seem to be pointing crossbows and throwing knives at the party yelling at them with whatever halfling obscenities they can come up with.

"Don't move, or we'll take the bridge down neither! You hear us! Don't move!"

Here is the map of the current area. The red outline is the area where your characters can occupy, you can choose to have been in any of the squares within that range.
 


Fangor would be off of his mount, at square K14 with Waraxe in hand. He will wait to see what the Halflings do before deciding what action to take....since he goes last anyways.
