Unit 16 stands back as Pis goes to put some rocks on the first rune.

Pis throws a rock on the floor of the room and quickly take a step back, expecting to see something happen. After a moment, he understand that the stone will stay there until he remove it. It didn't seemed to do anything.

Unit 16 next? Or Pis? What do folks think?[/sblock]

[sblock=OOC]It's also possible that the runes only trigger when you move from one to another (if you get it wrong).

I guess a live trial is going to be necessary, I'm having no luck finding any valid paths through with any possible combinations of tile directions. Unit 16 probably is our best bet for that, thanks to his combination of toughness and Athletics skill.[/sblock]

[sblock=OOC]If I can't use acrobatics to jump, then I'm fairly useless in this one. Bob, go ahead and try to cross. We don't really have a way of anchoring 16 given his weight. If you end up in a pit... I guess we can try to throw you a line.

Talkrai hadn't even gotten a look at the next room when she sensed it would be prudent to back up. She moved back into the first room out of the way while Pis grabbed some large-ish rocks. The passage-way was so narrow, she decided that it was best to wait behind until someone declared it ok to move forward. That would be better that all of them getting caught in another collapse.

[sblock=ooc]If 16 wants to walk out onto the runes, I'm fine with that. Talkrai will stay back in room one until she gets the ok, since she can't see what's going on anyway.[/sblock]

Pis looks at the large stone for several seconds. Disappointed he turns to the group and sees Susan preparing to enter the room. He steps aside and lets the Warforged forward as some of the party falls back.
