OOC: Garrick had 8 healing surges walking into this encounter and went down to 1 hit point for this one. He has a lot fewer than 10 healing surges. Everyone, please make sure that your stat blocks are correct for healing surges, daily powers, and action points. And, I allow the group to use multiple short rests. So, Knoepf doesn't need to use 3 healings surges to get up. He's at 13 out of 50. 2 Healing Surges would be 4D6+48 for Knoepf.

Everyone: Knoepf heals 2D6+12+Healing Surge value per Healing Word. That means that each PC is up to full hit points for one healing surge with the exceptions of Malehan and Knoepf who need two.
