Adventure Recommendation (levels 11+)

IIRC, the Istivin Trilogy in Dungeon Magazine (around 118 I think, but I could be wrong) is pitched about Level 11.

From Necromancer Games, there are the following high-level modules:

The Diamond Fortress (Level 11-13)
Fane of the Witch King (Level 10+)
Chaos Rising (Level 12+)

I'm not sure whether thes are 3E or 3.5E, but I ran The Grey Citadel in 3.5E when it had been written in 3E with very few problems (if any, tbh).

There's also the mega-campaign Necropolis by Gary Gygax, written in 3E for levels 10-18. It's Egyption-themed, a series of nasty dungeon crawls laden with traps and demons. I've read chunks of it and it seems challenging (i.e. deadly). I think there are a few issues with errata and some issues with the mechanics (ported from another system) but these shouldn't be too hard to iron out.

Hope this helps.

My players played through Red Hand of Doom with the exception of the last chapter. They're about level 10 right now, and via a handfull of self-written episodes they're now arriving at the City of Brass (Necromancer Games). The box contains three books and some maps. The first book has a zillion locations in the city, but the second book details a number of these buildings as adventures connected via a plot to get deeply involved in the power struggles of the city.

Not as modular as regular adventures, but not as sprawling as Ptolus. Might work for you. It's too early to tell whether it's going to work for me. I'd certainly be interested in a DM willing to share notes. ;)

Drow War Part II, levels 10-20

Did you actually play it? Almost all of the reviews online are about the first book only.

I have all three books at home and I'm wondering whether I should get a campaign started one of these days...

Awesome, everyone. Thank you kindly.

I think my three likeliest candidates at this point are the linked bits from DCC, War of the Burning Sky, or the Istvin Trilogy in Dungeon. I'll check some reviews and summaries and see which will fit best. I really appreciate you all helping me out.

Unfortunately, I don't think there are any reviews online for WotBS adventures beyond #3 or #4. However, if you're interested, the campaign saga overview pdf is free through RPGNow (as is the player's guide, though most of the information in there is focused on stuff in the 1st adventure), and I'd be willing to send you a pdf copy of one of the adventures for consideration.

Email me at ryanznock@gmail.com if you're interested.

Nope. I don't own it and have not played it. I played in the first part of the first Drow war megamodule (covers levels 1-10) in a pbp game here and it was fun. I'm just aware of it as a level 11-20 adventure that is part of a 1-30 campaign arc megamodule trilogy.
