Arkavas hit the weakest on the front line, but as there is no place in this small hall, the flamespike.

Radtash tries to follow Arkavas example, but miss his target.

Gruff takes a moment to breath and then attack the same target but also miss.

The two Flamespikes in front of Gruff attack the dwarf. The first miss, but the second behind use his cover to surprise Gruff with an accurate strike.

Seeing Gogmorthak coming to the front line, the two in front of him attack the barbarian. The first miss and move back. The second also tries to attack Gog. He hits but is surprised by the cold of his opponent.

The one behind throw a spike at Narvala but with all teh crowd in front of him, can only miss his target.

The brazier summon a new tongue that move in the front line, the hole left by the other flamespikes, and the small elemental attack Sweetness. Even if Gog stand in front, offering teh Gnoll some cover, the tongue easily hit the Gnoll.

Narvala backs up 10 feet (OOC: because that power that missed her just might be ranged 5, and all her powers are range 10.), and decides to try and do something about all the extra attacks the monsters seem to be getting, blasting them with holy lightning designed to punish them for taking attacks at unwary defenders.

[sblock=ooc]
Move back two squares to V2.

Attack with Vanguard's Lightning, targetting N3.

atk; first is on the tongue (1d20+9=21, 1d20+9=23, 1d20+9=26, 1d20+9=17, 1d20+9=13, 1d20+9=15) vs. REF hits the tongue and the front 3 Flamespikers, and one in the back row if someone gave it a penalty to reflex. The tongue is destroyed (again). The others take...

damage (1d6+7=9) 9 lightning damage damage, and whenever the target makes an opportunity attack before the end of Narvala next turn, the target takes 3 lightning damage.

[SBLOCK=OOC]Booming Blade target AC, not Fortitude. That;s why this power is a Weapon and not an Implement power. Sorry.

When I saw that on your Character Sheet, I even take a look in the compendium and the errata. I've been playing two differents Swordmage and both had Booming Blade. I don't remember it has ever target something else than AC. And while we are there, you should correct your Character Sheet about that.

Oh, and correct the extra damage. Sorry about that one. And that means 4 of them end there turn far from Gruff.[/SBLOCK]

[sblock=ooc]
Hmm. Maybe it was an error in the character builder. That's where I build and store all my characters. In any case, it's fixed now.[/sblock]

OOC: Since Sweetness is Stunned, I don't think there is anything she can do except end turn and make a save vs. Stunned. 'Can't take any actions' seems to preclude anything else...

So, Save vs. Stunned 1d20= 17; roll Roll Lookup ; Save made- see you a;; next round, unless killed before that...

Arkavas sees the empty space in front of Sweetness and moves qucikly to protect her from further attacks, "Coming through. Back up and take a breather, love." As he passes Sweetness, he restores at least some of her health. Then, turning to the Flamespiker that struck Sweetness, he allows his rage to show, "Oh, what I wouldn't do for a bucket of cold water!" Arkavas launches at the elemental cutting cleanly through the fiery creature into the whatever flesh hides beneath the flames, "BACK OFF THE GNOLL, YOU BLOODY CINDER!"[sblock=Actions]
Move: to O3 over Sweetness
Flamespiker OA: 1d20+12=20 Miss
Minor: Curative Admixture on Sweetness for 13
Minor: Draw Vengeful Fullblade
AP: Scouring Weapon
Target: The Flamespiker at O2
Attack: 1d20+13=26 Hit
Damage: = 2d12+6 = 24 acid damage[/sblock]

[SBLOCK=OOC]Two things:
1) Gogmorthak isalready figthing over Sweetness, which mean Arkavas cannot move there, there is already someone standing and figthing in that square.

2)The one who attack Sweetness was the Tongue who is a minion and already dead. Narvala killed it.[/SBLOCK]

[sblock=Velmont]Actually, I moved through sweetness's square to O3, in front of Sweetness, where the Minion died. With the Minion dead, that space should be difficult terrain at worst. This should be legal since I can move through ally-occupied squares as long as I don't end my move there.

As for picking an illegal target, I have revised my post so that it is legal. I also removed the illegal bonuses from the roll results. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Another thing I forgot. This provokes an OA from the Flamespiker at O2. I rolled it, and it missed.[/sblock]
