With most of the larger foes taken care of, Sweetness took a brief break from her near-constant yelping taunts. She drew a deep breath, and shook her shoulders convulsively...

OOC: Second Wind (easiest action choice since IC is down, either still or again)

With most of the flamespikers dead and the remaining one and the tongue no longer bunched where she can hit them with an attack that would not catch her allies in the area, Narvala tosses blast of radiant energy at the remaining Flamespiker, since killing the tongues hasn't accomplished anything, and moves it out of a flanking position.

[sblock=ooc]
IC is down.

Attack with Sun Strike. 13 on a d20 + 9 = 22 vs. REF; hits. 4 on 1d8 +7 = 11 radiant damage. She can also slide the target 1 square, and moves it back to L2.

[SBLOCK=OOC]There was Radtash turn left then the monster and then everyone, but Radtash hit and the new summoned tongue miss. At six against a single minion, you quickly dispatch him and ready action to kill any new one.[/SBLOCK]

The heroes quickly dispatch the remaining monsters. The brazier continue to summon a few more Tongue, that are easily handled without any further harm, before becoming quiet again.

[SBLOCK=OOC]Short rest[/SBLOCK]

With the last of the visible elementals finally dealt with, Sweetness paused and rested for a few moments- she kept herself in a wary crouch, just in case anything else showed up, and kept scratching at the burnt patches of fur on her arms. "Do we want to keep looking around, or do we want to rest for a while?," she rasped. "Another fight like that could get pretty bloody, yep yep yep."

OOC: So that is three good fights and a trap encounter without an extended rest, and several of us are getting low on HS. Do we want to take an extended rest now, or risk getting in another fight and having people run out of easy healing? And if we do want to go for an extended rest, do we want to rest inside (probably in the first room), where the undead might come visiting, or do we want to set up camp outside, somewhere close to the entrance?

Gruff peers into the corners of the room.
"Let's keep pushing on. I don't trust a long stop in this place."

[sblock]
Short rest is fine by Gruff- I can hand out a couple surges to recharge Arkvatas' infusions, and we can push on for another milestone. How do you all feel about lacking dailies?[/sblock]
