Adventure Suggestions for 4-5th Level Party

Hello All,

Can anyone recommend a good/challenging adventure for a party of 5 characters ranging from 4th to 5th level? I've just ran them through Kobold Hall and Shadowfell Keep. I'd prefer something that isn't dungeon based and I'm open to converting something from an older edition to 4th ed.

I was going to suggest Wrath of the River King...but I don't think it's available to non-patrons.

If you're up for doing a conversion, X2 Castle Amber, was one my group particularly enjoyed.

Disclaimer; I have NOT played either of the adventures that I'm about to mention (so I can't speak of their quality or interest. Just going off your criteria (or level and preferably not dungeon-crawl based)

There are some Dungeon Magazines that are still free preview issues.

In particular, look at Issue #155

Check out "Heathen" (searching the trail of a missing paladin, through the wilderness and small towns) and "Searching for Kalerel" (specifically written as a small followup to Shadowfell Keep)

You can also just mine any of them for 'ideas' or if something is close in level you can adjust it up or down a couple with minor modifications. (Issues 156 and 157 are also still free previews).

I've never (in 20+ years) run a published module. Nothing against them, I just like doing my own thing (though I do borrow ideas of course) - have you thought about just creating something?

Where are your PC's now? What did they do in the last session, etc?

It could help to know these things no matter whether you plan on going with a published mod or not
