[Adventure] Trouble in Moonwatch (Judge: THB) - Part II

[sblock=OOC]
Sheeva not Shava.

Sheeva's cooler than Shava.

I'll put in a stat block. Hope to get my character sheet re-entered this weekend, but it's a busy one.

Valahad calls out in the minds of his allies. "Stand next to me, a quick prayer will make this battle end much swifter."

[sblock=ooc]Just wanted to IC my tactics. Get adjacient and I'll give you the bonus damage for the encounter.[/sblock]

If Val wants to do Wrath of the Gods and River wants to do Moment of Glory, Val probably should move away from the darkness (or at least move away from the corner) in order to both get everyone around Val and for everyone to be in River's blast. Otherwise, at least one PC will need to start out in the darkness.

Sheeva will start out one square behind Val depending on where Val is starting.

The dragonborn spot the approaching heroes and they shout out "More fun, lets get'im" as they draw javelins, but they severely underestimate the difference and the smoke from the burning buildings also hinders their throws. The javelins fall about ten feet short from Korthauk.

The smoke from the fire creates concealment unless you are west of column 11.

Dragonborn draw javelins as a minor, throw them at Korthauk as a standard, draw longwords as a move vs ac; dgm (1d20+10=12, 1d8+3=5, 1d20+10=11, 1d8+3=7, 1d20+10=11, 1d8+3=6) This is almost as bad as Tamarand's 3/4 nat 1's with a 2 as the other roll in Evo's game... wow... yeah all miss... even if I doubled the results only 1 would hit

Status:
Feall: 37/37 hp
Sheeva: 43/43 hp
Korthauk: 65/65 hp
Valahad: 63/63 hp
River: 49/49 hp

DB12: uninjured
DB18: uninjured
DB23: uninjured

Initiative:

Feall - 22
Enemies - 11
Shava - 10 <- you're up
Korthauk - 9
Valahad - 5
River - 5

init (1d20+6=11)

A halo of light surrounds Valahad as he whispers a prayer to Il-Yannah. The light expands and surrounds his companions as well, filling them with confidence and determination to end this battle quickly.

The paladin's acid blade is in his hand and he squints as he moves through the smoke, holding his breath. Standing still, in a fighting stance he levels his blade at the dragonborn, ready for them to approach.

Delay until after River and then:
Minor: Wrath of the Gods: All allies gain +4 to damage until the end of the encounter.
Move: Move to V17
Standard: Ready an attack for when a dragonborn is within 5 squares with Virtuous strike(acid blade encounter power; make basic attack at range 5): readied attack vs dragonborn virtuous acid blade (1d20+12=23, 1d8+8=10)Duh, I forgot to add the +4 damage, so if that hits it's 14 acid damage and it gains vulnurable 3 radiant and I gain a +2 to saves until EoMNT.

I'm hoping they'll bite and charge me or something so I can can get this off. They shouldn't know it's coming.
