"Bring that one down." shouts River, pointing at the armor on Feall. The same armor starts to shine, making it an easy target. He then pray Arawai and Rumbum feels fresh again.
Rumbum finally gasps for breath at what seemed like an eternity after he was hit by the massive warhammer. Finally coming to his senses he hears the command from the cleric.
OK! Ignoring the other two foes, Rumbum moves to an advantageous position on the one threatening the rest of the party and strikes hard at the living armor's back. More pieces of armor chip away from the blow.
Feall takes quick advantage of the construct's approach and teleports to a flanking position. His falchion drives deep into the armored back, and inky black shadow flows down the blade to swarm over the animated giant. The shadowy energy seeks out every crack and crevice and works to pry it apart.
Gremlins break out of a hole near the gold, and begin shoveling the precious metal, stones, and armament back whence they came. One of the constructs overlooks the illusion, while the other moves in on the gremlins, stomping their illusory thieving heads.
Pok takes the moment to line up a particularly strong illusion for the giant construct already stomping at his gremlins. Each of the ugly big-eared freaks he stomps turns to a viscous goo, the other construct buys into the illusion as well, and soon enough both are hard pressed to keep their footing.
The ooze begins working up the constructs legs and reforms into gremlins again, this time pulling metal sheets and bolts from the constructs. The giant suits of armor begins shredding themselves pulling pieces off with both hands, thinking themselves covered in gremlin and goo.
Pok keeps a steady eye on the amount of "gold" the "gremlins" were stealing, making sure to leave enough to keep the guardians fooled.
"You startled me Feall. I almost blasted both you and that walking suit of armor. Rumbum. You don't need to come back and try to save us. We can take care of ourselves." Sheeva says as she blasts the other two constructs.
The constructs turn their attentions to River, one smacking down the cleric, but their massive weapons fail to penetrate the shifter's enchanted mail.
