Background, Goals and Dreams: The Orders Militant are a loose alliance of fighting orders, gathered under a single banner and leader to ensure their efforts are not squandered or misused. As the militant arm of the Temple, they enjoy substantial backing.
Enemies and Allies: The Temple, the Battle Sorcerors, the Inquisition and most every other Human affiliation will willingly aid the OM. The League of Nobles resent the idea of a military not under their control.
Members: warriors, priests, battle magi, and just about anyone with an interest in combat and allied with the light. The current leader os the Paladin Lord Magnus Ironforge (a Shield Dwarf).

0 - 3 Unaffiliated or a lowly Grunt.
4 - 10 Brother: a known warrior of the Light. You are given a Tabard and a
masterwork weapon.
11 - 15 Brother Sergeant: a reliable warrior. Gain +2 Intimidate, gain an
Expert 4th to help care for your gear.
16 - 22 Brother Lieutenant: your order recognises your valuable service by
promoting you and placing you at the head of a warband. Your Banner gains
recognition, granting a +1 morale bonus to hit. 8x Fighter 4th, 6x Fighter 6th,
2x Expert 4th.
23 - 29 Brother Captain: more men flock to your banner, which now grants a +2
morale bonus to hit, and which more singularly represents your warband. A
Battle Sorceror 8th and a Cleric 8th join your warband.
30+ General: your warband splits off to form a new "Order" under your own
banner. Gain the Leadership feat. You gain an Iconic weapon.
