Age of Worms: How many casualities have you xp?

I'm getting ready to run the Age of Worms, as I have looked over the path some of the encounters look pretty tough, espically at higher levels.

So how many character deaths did you experience? Any TPKs? Where did the deaths takes place?

Whispering Cairn - Land Farmstead - 1 death
Whispering Cairn - True Tomb - TPK

We are only on 3FoE so I can't tell you much more than that.

At higher levels . . .

Hall of Harsh Reflections = 1 death
Gathering of Winds = 2 deaths

I am not running the campaign, but I integrated Spire of Long Shadows into an ongoing campaign.

In one of the rooms in the Ziggarut...

... killing all but one member of the party in one round.

I think that encounter is unbalanced unless you do some foreshadowing hinting the players should have some appropraite protections.

Only two sessions in so far, and we've had none. They've finished the first part of the Cairn, and will soon be hitting Land Farmstead.

Our first session had one death, two other PC's in negative HP's and was a hairs-breadth from a TPK.

In whispering cairn 1 death in the true tomb, but i almost had a tpk from kullen, but i allowed the cleric to cast light on people, and he got 3 of the group, so they took off, but will be back later, since the group seems to like making enemies, and someone is collecting their enemies for some unknown reason. I have 7 pc's, and the trouble they have is a half-orc monk that acts before he thinks, and thats when he's sober, he is working on becoming a drunken monk.

Gone through three of the adventures so far and have had one death and alot of close calls.
