Vertexx69, below are my review notes of your character.

-I'm not sure how you manage to have rhino's rush prepared three times. Are you just factoring in the fact that you have two pearls of power (1st)?
-There is no such thing as a belt of giant strength +2. On the plus side, you don't seem to have anything taking up your gloves/gauntlets spot so just switch it for gauntlets of ogre power.
-The hp for your +3 mithral full plate should be 70 (40 base + 30 enhancement).
-The hp for your +1 large lance should be 30 (20 base + 10 enhancement).
-Maybe I missed something, but why is your carrying capacity more than normal for a 22 Strength?
-The following items have incorrect prices listed (correct prices in parentheses): +3 mithral full plate (19,500 gp), +2 animated heavy steel shield (16,170 gp), +1 large keen adamantine falchion (11,150 gp), +1 large lance (2,320 gp). Unless I missed something you should have 4,915 gp on hand. That can be 491 pp, 5 gp, if you like.

Background Notes
-The most common aboriginal peoples of the Bright Desert are Flan. The Suloise have a very light skin-tone and don't do well in the desert. There aren't really mechanics for this though, so it's really just a cosmetic issue. That's not to say that a Flan wouldn't worship Lendor, it's just very unlikely.
-The ancient race that built Maure Castle were actually survivors of the Invoked Devastation that destroyed the ancient Suel Imperium. It is possible your people could be related to those that built the castle many centuries ago.

-I didn't look that closely at it because I'm tired. I might at some point in the future, but it seems appropriately powered for the most part.

-Ven Spellwarden (male half-elf exp2/wiz2) is a liaison for the Greyhawk Guild of Wizardry. He tries to put a friendly public face on the guild and even has occasional dealings with the Directing Oligarchy. He has been accused in the past of making clandestine dealings with the Thieves' Guild and even the Beggar's Union but all charges are pending a formal investigation, a matter which is expected to eventually be settled out of court. He knows a good deal about the inner workings of city politics and spends a lot of time in Clerkberg as a guest lecturer at various scholarly institutions. It is even rumored that he is an acquaintance of Bigby the Archmage although such rumors may be pure speculation as the inner workings of the Guild of Wizardry are indecipherable to those on the outside.

-Mellary O'Star (female human exp4) is the grand-niece of the director of the Greyhawk Merchants and Trader's Union, arguably the most important economic center in all the Flanaess. Mellary is an accomplished businessperson in her own right, owning a clothing and textiles shop that is the envy of many in her field. Her business deals in the trading of magical items as well through a business alliance with numerous temples and the Guild of Wizardry itself. She also owns land in the neighboring Duchy of Urnst and makes frequent trips that way to check on the textile mill that she owns there. Perhaps most important of all is her connection to her great uncle, Ren O'Star. Through him, she is apprised of all the local economic booms and slumps almost before they happen and is aware of the relative economic prosperity of virtually anyone who is anyone in the entire Domain of Greyhawk as well as the more notable individuals in the Duchy of Urnst.
 

Like I wrote in one of the earlier posts. I saw him as part of a family whos roots were in the Suel Empire, but left because of their more stringent religeous beliefs, ie: Lendor vs his children.
They were anything but a common aboriginal people (just like the ashworms are anything but common), and over many generations their skin became darker, but the occasional recessive gene allows for the platinum blonde hair and grey eyes of their ancestors (just like the aboriginies of Australia).

Appearance:
This interesting fellow is quite a sight to behold. His very
dark complexion is acutely accented by hi s dazzling, strait
long platinum blond hair and light grey eyes. What makes his
face even more striking is the fact that is completely covered
with a web of very faint cut and burn scars. Nothing disfiguring
mind you but like a tattoo on black skin it tends to make people
stare harder to try and see the pattern. The fact that he rides
atop a strange Scaled worm does nothing to detract attention either.
He wears a brilliant set of mithral full plate and is attended by
a floating shield of equal quality emblazoned with the symbol
of his deity. His oversized lance crackles violently with purple
energy intermittently.

Background:
Out of the deep southern deserts this warrior rides on the back
of an ashworm covered in massive spiked scales. Sand pours off
the armor as they emerge from beneath the dunes together.
Roshan came from the nomadic tribes of ashworm herders of a land
nobody thought could sustain life at all. Knowing how to ride
and tame the worms is in his blood. As a strong boy it was always
known that he would be a protector of his people from the back of
an ashworm. His armor being polished by the abrasive sands,
he rose quickly through the ranks of his family’s great defenders.
When his people were laid low by a disease that claimed all but
the few protectors that were immune, he had no reason to stay
there any longer. The dragoon took up his family's lance and
set out to explore the world beyond. Along the way he found a
small group of companions that came to be his new family and

Always possible the snowy weather may have flanked him and successfully delivered a crippling sneak attack to his connection. Hopefully it isn't a 'no power for days on end' problem. That's never fun.
