It could also be Wendy (if only by virtue of her namesake character in Peter Pan making it back to London in the end) but continuity tells me I shouldn’t keep my hopes up…

Wendy, or any of the Lost Boys, could presumably just walk away at the end. They're part of a secret project and I don't know that anyone will know to be looking for hybrids if most of the featured characters die over the next few episodes. A self-directed high-end android with human memories and a human personality could probably hide pretty well in the Alien universe, especially if she retains her super-hacking powers.
