Aliens: The Quintessential SciFi/Action movie

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Road Warrior or The Matrix, although I think Aliens beats both of these (maybe everyone else here does, too)... heretical though it may sound, I have to rate Blade Runner ahead of Aliens. a stunning movie, in so many ways. I'd kill to see the Director's Cut in a movie theater again (well okay, maybe not _kill_, but I'd certainly be willing to badly stub my toe on a piece of furniture).

That would be sweet but we're more likely to see an Aliens vs. Titanic before that happens. ;) Cameron is one helluva director, I just wish he would hurry up and release another film soon. I know he is in love with the Titanic but I believe it may be time to move on...

"Rose, we've got to destroy this ship before the company can get their hands on the alien!"

"But how, Jack?"

"We'll crash it."

:D

I'd love to see him come out with a movie soon as well. I think he takes so long to between movies because he doesn't like to put out a movie unless it is a high quality movie. Almost everyone of his films save for a few early ones is a near classic.

He is probably waiting until inspiration hits him again and he become obsessed with a new project.
