I'm not. Your seafaring elves don't sound like what I think of when I hear "subrace", anyway.

I had a similar feeling with the abovementioned packages. They look pretty much the same like what I mentioned with cultural packages, except that they are applied to races and not to origins. That's not that much of a difference, though.

To be clear, my reply to Tonguez is what sent me off on a tangent, but it sort of relates in that it also highlights my feeling that a little mechanics helps substantiate the cultural flavor in the game (and also explains why I don't particularly feel human subraces are needed).
