Alternate Allegiance rules!

Dose anyone know if there are any good alternate rules for Allegiance besides from the main system? I mean any unique versions anyone has added or changed?

In Blood and Relics the allegiances provided in the book have some bonuses and drawbacks, and lots of the advanced/prestige classes and feats in that book have allegiance prerequisites. In my opinion, this adds some interesting depth to the allegiance mechanics. It isn't really a new mechanic, just a little bit added to the existing mechanic to tive it more play relevance.
