What does this allow for dragons in human form? Reading the polymorph spell (what Alternate Form is based on) says that you gain the STR, DEX, and CON of the new form. Well, for a human, does that mean that the dragon would have 10's or 11's in these scores? Should they be an elite array? Rolled up?
In my mind, the a dragon in humanoid form should be extraordinary physically(beyond being able to breathe fire or other special qualities).
I realize that, being the DM, I could houserule this stuff. I am just curious what the interpretation of the "official rules" should be.
