Alternative Class Feature/Sub. Level Index?

Does anyone out there know if there exists an Alternative Class Feature and/or Substitution Level index (preferably both)?

I'm not hopeful, but I'm just wondering if there is such a thing.

Well, WotC's character class archive actually lists all the racial substitution levels ("elf wizard") in with the actual core classes ("wizard"). It can take a bit of filtering, but it works.

Also, barring my original request, a simple list of books that included Alternative Class Features and Substitution Levels would be just fine, instead.
