Round 2

Shadow didn’t appear inside the robot, unfortunately, but under its arm. He scrabbled for a handhold and managed to hang onto the large metal monstrosity. He started looking around for a place to try and get inside the robot, or at least get a view of its interior. Shadow was eying the joint where the arms met the shoulder as a possibility when Silver Streak called out that he had found what looked like an access port.

“Be right there!” Shadow called to the speedster. Slowly and carefully he started to try and shimmy his way over and down, cursing the bright noon sunshine that limited his abilities.

Kitsune narrows her eyes as she looks up at the drone and wonders what THAT could be.

She concentrates, trying to loop it and pull it down to her with invisible bands of electromagnetic fields...

(Telekinesis is Perception range, so she should be able to nab it without a roll...however its strength is only +3, so it may be able to resist the pull. A roll! [roll0])

An orange plane of energy flicked into existence right as the bolt would have stuck the suit, right were Felix was within, that was rude...
The suit again clapped it's heads together, finger interlocked and then pulled apart, a flat cylinder appeared between the hands as streaks of energy leaped from the suit's fingers and to the orange and glowing construct between them. Like clockwork, another, larger, disk appeared on the giant's chest area. Nigh diabolical and manic laughter rang from the suit's synthesized speakers as the bolts of orange energy cut out, relatively, crude shapes from the shape between the Mech's hands. Felix sent the metallic limbs towards one another again.
Magic roll: 1D20+14 = [19]+14 = 33

The orange shape over the Giant's chest roughly highlighted the gun and opening before it was crystallized fully. "Heh, glowing weak spot on a Giant robot." Felix's voice chuckled over the speakers "You all can shoot through the Shapes" Felix screeched over the speakers, maxing the volume on what were, in effect, cobbled together speakers, great sound quality...

Felix shrugged off the energy blast and created another energy mass over the cannons that had just blasted him. The Silver Streak keep moving around the robot’s body trying to figure out how to open the hatch but it was too complex for him. Kitsune reached out with her mind to grab the sphere, holding it with her telekinetic ability!! Princess Starlight felt that blast but gritting her teeth moved up to slap the side of the giant robot with her magical blast but it seemed to have no affect against the monstrosity. The Shadow made his way carefully down and around the back of the great robot to where Silver Streak’s possible hatch way.

The sphere attempted to slip out of Kitsune telekinetic grasp but failed. The giant robot pulled more of the energy off of its face but not enough. It then turned as it continued “DESTROY RESISTANCE. DESTROY” and Felix was blasted with another bolt of energy from a different set of cannons!!!

GM: Initiative
38 – Felix
24 – Silver Streak
23 – Kitsune
20 – Princess Starlight
19 – The Shadow
15 – Doomsday Robot

[sblock=Rolls]Felix made his Toughness roll and then placed another create object over the gun port that had just shot him
Silver Streak failed to figure out how to open the ‘hatch’ sort of trying to smash through it. He could not figure out where the lock or hatch mechanic was
Kitsune grabbed the floating sphere, which can resist with Strength or Dodge. Note with a 20 you get a crit so the DC goes up by +5 (to a 28 to resist) so Dodge save: 1D20+8 = [17]+8 = 25, oh almost made it. You have it with one degree of success so it is restrained (immobile and vulnerable).
Princess Starlight is at -1 Toughness. Moved up to the robots body but her attack is ignored by robot’s invulnerability.
The Shadow makes his way over towards the back of the robot towards where Silver Streak mentioned the hatch. He can make a skill check if he wants to be he makes it (using a Double Move last round) to where it is.

The Flying Sphere tries to escape the grab, using Athletics or Acrobatics vs. a DC 13 (TK ranks +10), Acrobatics check: 1D20+4 = [3]+4 = 7. Nope, still grabbed.
The Doomsday robot again attempts to rip the items over its head off, making a Strength attack, resisted by the Object (vs. DC 36), Toughness save: 1D20+8 = [10]+8 = 18 failing by 3 degrees. Object ignore the normal conditions so it is -2 toughness now. The Doomsday robot turns and fires a different set of cannons at Felix, Attack roll: 1D20+6 = [16]+6 = 22, hit. Felix needs to make another Toughness save vs. DC 21

Frustrated, The Princess carefully intones the words to her fist strike, "Chiromantic Flashing Force" as she strikes palm first at the robot chasis. The spell goes off weakly. Perhaps she was too careful in her wording.

OOC: palm strike check roll: [roll0] DC 10 yields 4 ranks of effect with 5 ranks of penetrating, so penetrating rank is used in DC.
palm strike attack roll vs parry: [roll1] DC 6
toughness DC 20 (auto success for the robot)

OOC: Since the defense is Toughness, doesn't 4 ranks of damage have DC 19 (15 + ranks)?

Kitsune continues to try to haul the drone down into her hands, hoping to turn it off or open it up or something!

(Not sure how far she pulled it last turn, but she'll keep pulling it!)
