Weapon Display
You can impress opponents and bystanders with your fancy moves.
Prerequisites: Weapon Focus, BAB 1+, CHA 13+, 3+ Ranks of Perform
Benefits: You can draw, twirl, move and otherwise show off with your chosen weapon, giving the impression of being much more skilled than you actually are. Make a Perform Check on your first round of combat, anyone witnessing you fight durring that combat must beat your result with a Sense Motive check or they will estimate your BAB at about 5 higher than it really is (as if you had an extra 5 fighter levels). If this puts your actual level above thier level (or CR), they are /Shaken/.
Special: If you have 5 ranks of Intimidate you can add a +2 Synergy bonus to your perform check. Alternately, if you perform a weapon display when attempting to intimidate (no roll required) you gain a +2 Synergy bonus to your Intimidate attempt.

Reminds me of the Blade Kit from 2e. However...

I have a little problem with this. Considering how almost ALL encounters are only CR or EL 4 above the party level, then you're almost always going to be able to get that '5 above them' when adding this to your class level.

Since the Rogue and Bard are the only classes with Sense Motive on their list, then the only real good way anyone can get past this, is if they have a high Wisdom.

Considering this, most people are going to fail. How about offering a Will save?

Shaken is really a pretty minor condition, it doesn't force anyone to flee for instance.

I wouldn't see a Save of any kind as apropriate, though, obviously, characters immune to fear would be unaffected. If it seems a little too powerful (or, more likely, inapropriate), it could be limitted by changing the requirement (allow the Shaken effect to work only on subjects with a lower level/CR than your own, normally, or make the you seem 2-5 BAB higher instead of 5) or limitting the durration of the Shaken effect (to the character CHA bonus in rounds, for instance).

Call to sacrifice is silly since you only need a 10 to aid another in combat.

Call to Sacrifice is silly for PC fighters above 2nd level or so.

Call to Sacrifice is not silly for squads of 1st level warriors, hordes of howling goblins, and whatnot.

"Hey, they're only kobolds- how bad could it be?"

Looks like them kobolds just got even worse, Jester. :)
