Angel 11/10

Fred the Head

I liked the fact that button-down Fred was a pot head in high school. It somehow makes her more touching and interesting--like she wasn't just a victim her whole life.

I also liked the dialog between Angel and Conner while they're fighting: If Conner was listening, he's gotten a valuable glance into the psyche of his Dad -- which could give him a valuable weapon against the same. Go, you patricidal Freak!

Well, it's big, red, scaly, and had mean-looking eyes. What more could you want, really?

A sausage pizza and a 2 liter bottle of Coke delivered by a nude Denise Richards.

Why do we use the metric system for pop/soda?

I was thinking about her memories covering her time away.

How about does it like D&D? Perhaps if we get it to play a session or two the Beast might decide not to initiate armeggeddon. :) *is kidding*

Ah, well, um, yeah, I assumed that was a given. And now you've made me hungry, and I have to go downtown for a meeting and I won't get to eat for hours. Baggins! We hates it forever!

I'm getting the idea they're not going to dwell on it. I mean, really, she was bored out of her mind, how interesting could it be to hear about it? Floaty, sparkly lights, looked kinda blue, everyone was a disembodied head, bada bing bada boom, on with the good part of the story, featuring our favority new scaly red demon creeping toward Bethlehem.

Oh, who really wants a big bad demon with horns that is coming to kick every ones tookus. I think the fan base is really looking to hear stories about disembodied heads and sparkley lights. That is in my not so humble and superior opinion. Wait that is not opinion, but fact, M@ has spoken.

That's slouching towards Bethlehem. Creeping implies stealth. Slouching... implies poor posture and teenage sullenness? :D

Could somebody please spoil, in detail, the last few minutes? Everything after Fred asked Angel and Connor to stop fighting? And also maybe describe the next episode preview?

Everyone stops fighting and is given a cure to their altered state. When Cordy is cured, she gets her memories and possiblily her visions back. She sees the face of a horned demon, i think through her visions. Cordy then dismisses herself upstairs. Angel follows and asks her if they were in love. Cordy says they were and that she does not want to talk and walks away.

Next week's preview was many 1 second clips of destruction mixed with words like Apocolypse. It seems the final battle or the beginning of it is coming next week.

In other words Ari, grab some popcorn, put on the Four Horseman (low volume though) and just hang on tight. Cause I think we are going to see some nice whole sale destruction, slaughter and lots of evil on a bibical scale. And when it's bibical, you know it's good erhm evil! ;)

Spoiler Warning. THis is from TV Guide about next week's (11/17) episode.

Angel and company brace for the imminent arrival of a hellish beast and toil to stave off Judgment Day (yet again).
Although the creature's coming was initially revealed through Cordelia (Charisma Carpenter), she is unable to dredge up the ghastly specifics about the otherworldly visitor from her spotty memory. Only one thing is certain---the demon will bring about the end of the world if no one stops it. With no other choice, Angel partners with Lilah (Stephanie Romanov) to fight the common threat. Meanwhile, Fred and Gunn get sidetracked by a bump in their relationship. Cordy and Connor, on the other hand, pair up to hunt down the menace themselves.
