Angelfire at Origins: pictures of all 60 minis

We do have 60 minis listed there. Of course, it can always be that they put something from a future set there instead of an Angelfire miniature, but I don't think so.

Maybe but I'm honestly not sure we'll just get ONE dragon. If we do, I'll reconsider my "Angelfire ROCKS!" to a downgraded "Angelfire is great!"

I compared the booster with the pictures from both deep and shadow dragon, and I must say that the booster picture looks like something between shadow and deep.

Eh maybe but it looked like a Deep to me. Not saying it COULDN'T be a shadow, but I think for most people, negative levels skirmishing sucks.

*promises a few Beholders when he wins the lotto* Also think buying them from a wholesaler, like IconUSA, much better than buying on e-bay. Believe me, I'm not a huge fan of buying lots of minis but if I want the RIGHT one and NOT praying someone ups the price on me, I'll stick with IconUSA and others like it.

$30 on IconUSA... I just can't drop $30 on a single mini...I can't.

BTW, Nice to see you again Nightfall. It's been a while see we argued the better setting, Midnight vs. Scarred Lands. ;)

I bought 1 case of Deathknell, and the beholder was in the last box I opened. *whew!*

I think that mine was in one of the first boosters of the first (of two) cases I bought. I kept hoping for a second (yea, I'm greedy), but alas, none.

I did pay about that much for my huge red dragon, and more than that for the displacer beast. They were exceptions, though - one was huge and the other so damn rare it's not even funny (it was last december, so harbinger was long sold out).

G'day, everyone!

Amurayi has gone through the photos that people have brought back from Origins, combined them with the previews, and posted pictures of all 60 miniatures in Angelfire!

Speculation can now begin on what each of them represents. ;)

Remember, there are 8 large uncommons. My best guess so far:
Weretiger
Blackscale Lizardfolk
Troll Slasher
Werebear
Feral Minotaur
Dire Wolverine (Hyena?)
Living Spell?/Large Air Elemental
Chraal

Cheers!
So glad, I don't collect this stuff...worse than being on a crack binz....

Hmmm, that Feral Minotaur looks...----Gaaaaaa....away, away...

This looks like another good set. I'm looking forward to trying for a Feral Minotaur, all the Archons, pegasus, mounted paladin...heck, basically all of them beyond the village priest and the armed commoner.

You don't know how right you are. I don't know, either, since I never did drugs (well, except alcohol, but I'm not an alcoholic, either, I just did devastate myself on parties on occasion).

I don't even touch Star Wars minis. I considered getting the starter pack since you get Luke and Vader with it, but I simply know that I'd end up chasing all sets down, like I did with D&D minis. That started with a single Sun Soul initiate, and the innocent intention of getting a lion falcon monk in a booster (and maybe get a starter set, too, so I can try out that game). I even got the monk rather fast, but by then I was lost already.

I want to get a whole set, anyway, so I'll want all of them, too. Since that priest and the commoner are likely commons, I'll have at least 8 of each (4 per case, two cases ordered).

I've decided, next to having 4 death knights and a Soth as 500 point bad, I'd like to see Soth and a couple chain devils in a 200 point game. :) Now THAT would be enterating.

No just I can't type so well. (And it held its own against a much quicker CG band. Up until the HeBIs took down Soth...)

Sorry, usually I don't mention spelling errors (have enough of them myself) but it just fit so well.

And HEBI's are downright brutal. Pair'em off with a centaur hero and a valenar commander and you have some serious smackdown (of course, there's also the crow shaman and storm giant to consider, since we're talking 500 points here)
