Anime Music Videos

Black Omega

Any suggestions for good ones you have seen recently? I've not found anything new and good since Gencon and I'm looking for more cool stuff.

I already have many of the classics.

Evangelion set to Rammstein's Engel
Various Anime set to Van Halen's Right Now
Jinnai and the Bugrom set to HubbaHubba ZootZoot
Tenchi Muyo set to No Doubt's Don't Speak.
Kenshin set to Mortal Kombat.

Any suggestions?

I can recommend some that I like.

The Evangelion music video to the Mentos commercial is worth a million laughs.

Prince Radinov's music videos of "Disco Fever (Wu Cha!)" and "South Texas Deathride", both to Dragonball Z, are favorites.

The "Only In Dreams" music video to Cowboy Bebop is a good one.

"Who Wants to Live Forever" by Queen, with scenes from Dragonball Z (at the Temple 'o' Trunks) is a superb music video that I highly recommend.

Another amusing Evangelion music video is one with scenes from that anime set to the trailer of "The Phantom Menace".

Those are the best ones I can think of off the top of my head, hope that helps!

I just remember when Matthew Sweet's album Girlfriend came out, a few of his videos were loaded with anime. One of his albums actually came with an anime comic with him in it. He's also done a cover of Speed Racer. He's a fanboy. :)

Few of my favs:

Lets do the dramatic ones first...

Alluminum Stuido's "Sailor Moon - Dreams of Red", done to "Desert Rose".

Sailor Moon again, "Rain", done to "Here Comes the Rain Again"

Shamanic Princess done to "Dark of the Night"

Sailor Death Productions, Escaflowne, "Land of Confusion"

ErMac Studios, X, "Lord's Prayer"

Onegai Studios, Kenshin, "The Definition of Trust", or just "Trust", done to a Megadeath song. GOOD! If you only get one of the ones I list, GET THIS ONE!

Utena, "Here With Me"

Now, for the less dramatic...

Of COURSE the Monte Python "Camelot" one, done to the Record of the Lodoss War omake episodes...

Also equaly classic, the Sailor Moon/Wierd Al "Jerry Springer" one...

Gunsmith Cats, "Pistol Packin' Rally", done to Bing Crosby's "Pistol Packin' Moma"

Anime Rudeboy Productions, Love Hina, "The Hell That is My Life"
