Tripping uses an attack normally to perform.
If you have the feat improved trip whichever attack you used you get back to hit the guy you just tripped.
So, what happens if you get a trip attempt at a time when you dont have an attack or attack of opportunity?
Examples are Domino Rush from the feat Shocktrooper in Comp Warrior, Cause Overreach from the feat Elusive Target in Comp Warrior, Improved Combat Throw from D20 Modern, or what about just a normal attempt where they fail and you get to trip them back. Do you then get an attack against them because you just tripped against them?
