Fantasy Flight recently released Dragon Lore. It's a soft cover book of dragons, like a monster book, but just dragons.

Mongoose Press has the Slayers Guide to Dragons in print, and it's a Gygax book. Of the dragon books out there I think it's the finest.

Alderac has the book Dragons in print. It's sort of a mixed bag that has new dragons, lairs, tactics, and all sorts of goodies. This is a good one for all around dragon usage.

Mythic Races by FFG has two lizard man type races in it, Everquest RPG has one, and Minions Rebirth has a small dragon man race/monster.

The aforementioned Draconic Lore from FFG also has a race of humanoid dragons called the Dragoth that can be played as a PC race, in addition to some nifty dragons.

Dragon Lore (FFG) (This one I haven't seen yet. Time to do another article for Morrus,) (At least now you have all three titles in one place.)

Books to look for:

Draconomicon (TSR)
Lizard Men (Mayfair Games/Role Aids)

Both are hard to find, but worth the search.
