Any good Scifi+cyberpunk rpgs?

Again, I feel that Blue Planet is not a cyberpunk game, but is the first groundbreaking* Transhumanist game. As I feel transhumanism is a reaction to cyberpunk, it is my opinion that transhumanism can't be cyberpunk by definition.

* and by groundbreaking, I feel I am totally understating my case. Brilliant piece of work.

Yeah, my name's plastered in that book -- I had so many jobs on it I left out some of my own credits. It was a lot of fun even if it took years from concept to release.

Roughly a 50/50 split.

Thanks for the info. Its on the list. ;)

Sorry Phil. Check out the Discworld thread as to why I'm boycotting the powered by GURPS games. Well, that and I actually have no knowledge of Hellboy beyond the movie which I saw late one night.

Aka - the middle of nowhere. :)

Yep,

Halfway between Ottawa and Montreal is pretty much nowhere. I was hoping it was closer to TO so I could beg, borrow or steal a spot at your game. :)

There's some good stuff in Near Orbit and When Gravity Fails, too. Still, they're all too old for the OP's specs, I believe. Pity.

LOL. Yeah. Deep Space, WGF, and Near Orbit aren't the cup of tea Technowraith was looking for. I was just trying to make it look like i wasn't thread-stealing!

Sorry Hellhound, Mekton Zeta is NOT Fuzion, its good olde Interlock. How I wish that Mekton Zeta were converted to Fuzion. The others....you are correct on.

Guess I'm becoming a Fuzion guru now :)

hmmm....Fuzion Guru. Sounds like the name for a apocalyptic priest or something. ;)

For me SF-Gaming is still Spacemaster (2nd Ed.) coupled with the "Dark Space"-Sourcebook (which is brilliant IMO) - yeah, lot's of tables, but i'm a geek, so what....

Second is non-D20 Fading Suns.

What i plan on doing sometime is to give the Fallout RPG a try.

Hmmm, HH, if you've made that argument before, I haven't read it. It's an interesting thought process, and one I'm willing to lend more credit to than my initial reaction might be (since I'm not generally a cyberpunk fan, and I do love BP). I'm not sure that BP's the first transhuman game, either, but do please tell me more about how you define that genre, and why it's a reaction to cyberpunk specifically.
