Any help with this monk power?

Alright, there are a few monk powers that are kind of iffy on the wording. For instance, the power Fist of One Hundred Strikes gives a target of one or two creatures, and the hit says 2d6 damage, and you shift 1 square. Does this mean that you shift one square and then repeat the attack, or do you attack two enemies adjacent to you, and then shift 1 square?

i have no book reference for my following statement, in fact, i don't even have phb3 (yet), just going based on what you wrote here: but my instinct is to say that it is one or two targets in range (do the damage to each that you hit) and then shift 1 square.

Well, let's see the power.

Melee touch.

Alright, it's a melee attack, which means if it has multiple targets you resolve each attack and hit sequentially.

You attack one, resolve the hit, then attack the next, resolve the hit.
