I was wondering apart from the DMG is there any more D20 books that mave magical items in pls. Is there a book just on Items or even a supplement in one. Much appreciate anyone who can help. Thanks

Pretty much every source book has at least a few items in it. The most I know of would be in Magic of Faerun and all the class books though. It's really hard to answer which ones would have the most though. I really don't know since they all pretty much have some magic items in them.

Relics and Rituals 1 & 2 both have a great collection of magical items in them.

Check out "Forged in Magic" by Paradigm Concepts. It is a great resource for new magic items of all types.

Green Ronin's Pocket Magica is a book of OGC magic items drawn from several different sources. Here's a link to it's product page on their website: http://www.greenronin.com/cgi-bin/product.cgi?prodid=1203.

WotC's Arms & Equipment guide has a large number of magic items in it as well.

I'll second Pocket Magica by Green Ronin and Forged in Magic by Paradigm. If you have those two books, it'll be more than enough items to keep you busy for years. Plus, Pocket Magica has all the magic items from about 20 OGL books, including Relics & Rituals, Hammer & Helm, Traps & Treachery, the DMG, and many more.
