"You know what my father went through to get me that potion? I don't want to get into to it right now but he went through a lot." </butch coolidge>

All sophomoric humor aside, Complete Arcane has some variant rules for potions in different forms, such as spell tiles that you can break to release and use a spell the same as a potion, so I would say that yes, you could do it.

So a potion must be administered orally. An oil could be applied to "the other end"
The rules neglect to say this but: oils are for spells that target objects, while potions are for spells that target creatures.

For the OP: this questions takes us outside the rules (thankfully), but there is real life precedence for drugs, alcohol, coffee, etc. being effectively administered that way without any modification. I would allow it (possibly with reduced effect, or possibly using the potion miscibility tables here somehow).

Someone order a +1 Turkey Baster?

I say go for it. For years, the story will be told of "this one time, the wizard was gagged, but needed a potion..." Its DnD Gold!!

I'd agree with this, but only so long as the potion-equivalent were specifically brewed for use via this delivery method. A standard potion, no.

Certain survival techniques teach running water up the rectum if it can't be ingested any other way (unconscious, etc). Keeps them alive a bit longer. Not sure if enough of the potion will get 'absorbed' to do the job though.

The rules also neglect to say how oils can be created - they're not wondrous items, and the Brew Potion feat only mentions being able to create potions!

Yup, but RAI seems pretty straightforward there.
