It is just hitting stores this past week. It takes some areas longer than others but I am not sure why. I would guess your store, or area should have it soon.

I doubt it made it to Germany yet as it shipped out only a week or so ago. I am not sure if the overseas distributors have had them make it all the way there yet.

Amazon will probably update their ship dates soon as the books are landing there any day.
