Any races fit this bill?

All the Favored Class: Ranger races I can find have Int -2.
Stupid rangers.

Well, I'll start the list off with Human and Half-elf.

If I wanted Favored Class: Any, then humans and half-elves would be fine.
Obviously that's not what I want.

The ranger's most vital skill is Survival (Wis). Spot, Listen and his spells also depend on Wis. So to make Favoured Class: Ranger sensible and fit your requirements, you need more or less a race with good physical stats, bonus to Wis and no penalty to Int. Those stat bonuses are too good for LA +0.

Greyhawk, Forgotten Realms, Oriental Adventures, Ebberon?

There's the bariaur from planescape and catfolk from races of wild. I know they're not ECL 0, but the only other ones I can think of (shifter, gnoll, centaur, wood elf) have intelligence penalties.

Edit: Oh wait, the artic halfling and jungle dwarves from Unearthed Arcana are ECL0, favored class ranger, and have no intelligence penalty. The dwarves even have bonuses to ranger skills.
