Any Second Generation Gamers? Third Generation?

I'm a first gen, but we just had a kid, so stay tuned... Is 16 days too young to start on D&D?

They need to learn to repect the dice at a young age. Actually there are some great stuffed dice, soft like stuffed animals and not a chocking hazard becasue they are good sized. I go one for my friends kid when he was a few months old to start him early.

The general rule at our table is, you can't join our group unless you know that dice present a choking hazard. ;)

I was the first one in my family to discover RPGS but i wasn't the only one ever to enjoy them. My ftaher has been a frequent player at my table for over 25 years now, before rpgs he was a fan of Avalon Hill boardgames. My unlce used to make a monthly trip to our house to play D&D way back in the day. My grand father enjoyed D&D but was a bigger fan of Starfrontiers when that came out. Another uncle (husband of an aunt) started playing the game on his own when he discovered some of his friends played it and he knew I spent a lot of time enjoying the game. Now one of my oldst friends step sons is a regular at out weekly games and some of us with yiuger children (myself included) are raising D&D fanatics.
