In Русский, български, & Српски it would be the same (since they are proper nouns):

Бахамут(а), Тиамат, и Нагамат

If Old Slavonic was wanted, the transliteration would change slightly, but that's probably not what you're after.

As a little clarification for the OP, Бахамут is the transliteration of Bahamut. Бахамута would be the genitive case (of Bahamut, as in the Magic card above) or the accusative case.
