Any words on a french edidtion?

Because I am a francophone myself, and I'd buy a not too costly and nice translation if possible. So, any words of if and when?

(It's kind of weird the brazilians and italians may have their own translations first...)

Nothing bad against them - like both peoples.

Just that the brazilian rpg market is small for the population size and there is more francophones than italophones. *shrugs*

Anyway, any infos?

Lol.
I don't know about Italy, but in Brazil, even with all the talking we've heard so far,(that's what we have for plenty here: "talking") considering the kind of management the company that holds the rights to translate the WotC products, I think the best estimatives for a portuguese 4E PHB version will be by 2010.

I heard about it.... It's really insulting. Good luck, buddies.

Thanks. :)
Anyway, I'd rather buy the original books in english.
The translantion is usually horrendous, and buying from amazon, although I live in the other hemisphere, is amazingly cheaper than buying at my local game store.

I personally prefer the English version and I avoid Italian translations like the plague! :p

Not that I buy my RPGs in Italy anyway, since it's way cheaper to order them from overseas...

I guess you should ask this questions on the official boards of the french license holder.
