Sad thing is this: Jim Ward spelled backward is Drawmij and he cannot use that name as it is WotC PI. Same with EGG and Xagyg. It seems that at least they could be given a seperate agreement from the powers that be but alas, I don;t think Hasbro cares about that sort of thing where I feel Adkison might have.

Fact is that in my agreement with TSR any anagram or like variation of my name does belong to me, so that Zagig, Zagyg, and Xagig, Xagyg--amongst others--are indeed my IP.

Which publishers would people consider paying $2k to become a "Lifer"?

Well, it's mostly a moot point since, but if I could afford it, then Green Ronin and Fantasy Flight Games. While they do occasionally put out a bad product (IMHO), it's pretty rare - most their stuff is quite good.

Mystic Eye is another close one. Their production values tend to be well, odd. But I've always enjoyed their products a lot.

FFE = Fast Forward Entertainment, the people under discussion.

FFG = Fantasy Flight Games, a completely unrelated (or should I say innocent?) company.

It's tricky though. Though the name of the company is apparently "Fast Forward Entertainment", their website is "Fast Forward Games"
