Anyone else getting anti-4E spam?

OH MY GOD!

I'm glad I checked my e-mail after reading this thread, as my bank accounts at Bank of America, Capital City, Wachovia, Bronson Credit Union, and Columbia Credit Union are all about to EXPIRE!

I'd better go on and re-register to keep my information current....
Yeah! You'd better be sure to use the links provided, by the way. You wouldn't want to accidentally use the wrong website....

Remember, if it lasts more than four hours, go see a doctor.
I never understood the 4 hour warning. Seeing my doctor will just cost me money. Seeing my wife instead will make me a god (to her anyway).

No worries for me, I just won the Spanish (or was it Argentine, or Irish) national lottery, so they can keep my measly bank accounts!

Oh, but I do need to keep at least one bank account to help that nice grammar-impaired son of a former dictator in Nigeria to get his money out of the country . . .

As for the time traveller spam, I've never seen that -- someone post the short version of it, for our d20 Modern use.

Well, yeah, sure - until you go all "Scanners" on her.

Not entirely sure why, but around 60% of my spam is in russian.

It's a shame I've fallen out of the broken fluency I once had, because I'm sure I'm losing out on all sorts of money left to me by a late cousin of an uncle of my grandfather's sister in law from genericexsovietrepublicstan that they'll give to me if I provide them with my bank account information. :(

Spam? No, they're random modern NPC name generators. I've used the "sender's names" to help populate my fictional high school once. Jot down the sender's name, then delete.

You know, it's odd. I've actually imported several mechanical watches (and papirosa cigarettes, when I still smoked) from Russisa for personal use. . . and I don 't think I've ever received a single piece of spam email from Russia or the Ukraine.
