"Off-Topic" is a bit bland - so if anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear 'em! I was actually vaguely considering calling it "The Hivemind", although that may not be clear enough as a title.

Hivemind would probably not be a good title. You'd start reading complaints like "How does the Hivemind deserve its own forum?"
