Anyone got Dragon Magazine #332 yet?

Erik, you of all people should know that it's always panic time on the internet.

The book I ordered seven minutes ago isn't here yet! Those people are thieves!

I wanted the green corpse and they said it was out of stock! I'll never order from them again!

I can't understand why it takes four days to ship from New York to California. My order didn't take four days.

Hey! Is it just me or is the sun falling?
I only play 3.5 now, but they won't let me return my 2E books! What a rip!

As we used to say back in the day on Usenet --

Imminent death of the 'net predicted. The story, at eleven.

So, uh, anyway... I used to get my Dungeons and Dragons (hey, that's catchy!) at around the same time of month. But now the time between them has spread out considerably. Has there been a change in when they are printed and shipped? Just curious.

Darky,

Care to elaborate on the following:

Followers/Cultists of Khyber/the Dragon Below? (examples and such)

Cutting up the dragon

Wow. :) Frazzy's back!! Sweet. He's my second all time second tier fiend.

Relics of Faerun...any description?

What? Does Erik have a band of minions here waiting for Dragon related threads so they can alert him? :)

This issue looks good. I wish I'd popped by the FLGS today. They tend to get everything on time.

BTW, Erik... I stated a while back that the last two issues didn't really do much for me, but I ended up getting them anyways. So thankee for a fine product. Even when the articles don't do much for me the 'toons and artwork somehow manage.

Relics of Faerun...any description?

The Cult of the Dragon Below
It explains what it is, the rise of the cult and how it exists in modern Eberron.
It covers the favored classes of the cultists; Barbarian, Favored Soul, Warlock and Wilder are most popular and of course the Alienists Prestige Class. One new Warlock Invocation: Voice of Madness, several new Madness-based feats and a three level Prestige class Aberrant Paragon. The only requirment is you cannot be Lawful or Good and you do get 2 levels of "Class Abilities" i.e. Spells/ Powers/ Rage/ Mind Blade/ Invocations.

Cutting up the Dragon
Introduces Dragoncrafted Items, made with the new Dragoncrafter feat. There are several sample items; Dragonbone Boat, Eggshell Metal, Elixir of Blindsense, Wyrmblood Ink and also Power Components that reduce the XP cost of certain spells. The Heart of a Gold Wyrm is worth 5000XP when casting a Wish spell.

Relics of the Realms
A host of new magic items for the faithful of the Forgotten Realms. Let your players feel the wrath of Bane's rod of clenched fists, find solace in wearing Illmater's ribbons of the twice-martyred, or learn the meaning of truth with Torm's trueword buckler.

Also, the Rogue Class Acts is very good. Monte is probably having a "Why didn't I think of that" moment for his Book of Rougish Luck.

That which Does not Kill, Part 1

It introduces new Rogue Special Abilities that are like the Spell Touched feats from Unearthed Arcana. Basically, you have to survive an attack that should have killed you and your brush with death forever changes you.

Accurate Fall: Make a Reflex save to convert half the damage from a fall to non-lethal damage.
Fear Mirror: Fear attacks that target you are reflected back to the source.
Heart of Stone: You gain DR 5/-, but only against extra damage from Critical Hits and Sneak Attacks.
Ice in the Veins: Your blood is so cold that it fatigues any creature that bites you.
Toxic Blood: Residual poison is in your body and affacts any creature that bites you.

I can't wait for Part 2 in #334.
