Is there a human looking race with SR 40-60 + HD and gives a caster level of +15? Just curious, havent seen one yet because I havent found one or it hasnt been made.The ELC can be between +10-28. Any imput would be great.

If you're otherwise a human with 1 class level, you might actually be able to afford it with the 28 levels you have. If your DM figures out how to calculate its LA, at least.

A Drow Forsaker (3.0 PRC) can have like a 21SR by lvl 3 or so.

Drow or be a god, well, can I still be human and have SR of 40 + HD without the Salient Divine Ability? really if theres no creature that can do it, I'll just talk to my DM about the question.

If you aren't the dm, you should definitely ask your dm. I don't know of any "official" monster that meets your criteria, but your dm might be willing to throw something together for you...

Umm...I'm hoping this is a joke. SR 40-60 is quite high as a flat number, but it is unreasonable to just add it to your HD. after all SR 21 + HD means that a wizard of your level can't touch you with magic without taking feats and the like. That said, the only way to get the 40-60 + HD that you requested is to pick a race, such as drow, that has 11 + HD, and take the Improved Spell Resistance feat 15 times. Voila, now you have 41 + HD. As for caster level +15, there are a goodly number of races that can do this, but unfortunately, most of them don't also have scaling SR for their HD and look like humans. I think your only choice becomes the Malaugrym from Monsters of Faerun, which have SR 15+HD iirc (don't have that book on hand) some casting ability, and strong natural shapeshifting (they are descendants of the Barbarian/Shadow Mage Malaug and so the race was once human). Then take Improved Spell Resistance and some Caster Level increasing class abilities / items. Of course, this means you don't get it all from the race, but you'll have to make do. If the creature actually gave the abilities you wanted by itself, it would have to wind up being at least ECL +35, if not higher.
