Anyone know of a Leadership feat chain?

How else can leadership be used? Perhaps to ispire worker to work harder like a bonus to a skill. I'm really not sure of what non combat things could be done.

Well I used leadership in the craftsman thread to dictate the numbers and levels of craftsman the craftsman could recruit into a guild.

However, here is the feat that pops into my mind at the moment

Trained Professional
You are skilled at instructing others.
Prequisites: Cha 13+, Leadership 9+ ranks in two specific skills of your choice.
Benefit: Choose 2 skills from your class skill list, you must have 9+ ranks in each of these skills. These are now the target skills for this feat and may not be changed. Once per day, by spending 5 minutes of time giving brief instructions and tips, you can grant a +2 bonus to anyone who heard your instructions and then uses those two specific skills. This bonus lasts for 24 hours, and is non-cumulative with further uses of Trained Professional.
Special: This feat may be taken multiple times, each time it is taken you must choose 2 new skills that you have 9+ ranks in each.

Playing around with a Barbarian horde gave me an idea that resulted in this feat.

Enrage Allies [Leadership]
You can bring your allies to rage.
Prequisities: Cha 13+, Leadership, Rage ability.
Benefit: Once per day the character may incite any henchman within a 10 foot radius into a rage. This effect gives the henchman the effect of the Rage ability. If the henchman already has the Rage ability or is currently in a rage, they gain an additional +1 to hit, +1 to damage, +1 toWill saves, and +1 temporary hit point. The duration of this effect lasts until the end of current encounter.

What do you guys think? Barbarians with Leadership?

Of course Barbarians can have leadership. How else is the Barbarian Horde going to be formed? Both those feats look pretty good.
