Anyone know of a Leadership feat chain?

I like the feats, you should send them to the Netbook of Feats for the next edition.

Here the way I see it. Hope this makes sense.

1) You're basing this off of the Leadership feat.
2) The followers gained from the leadership feat you are the leader of and should be able to influence.
3) The other PCs you are not nessisariraly the leader off. They are usually your equals.


The followers came to you because of something you did (out of game it was gain the leadership feat, in game it could be anything). The other PCs have been with you longer, but you're not their leader in the same way as these other people unless you filled some of your NPC slots or cohort slot with the PCs.

Another seperate reason I had was to keep your followers alive. In my group when someone takes the Leadership feat they go into more then basic detail on their followers. The other PCs can take care of themselves, I think these feats should help out your followers since they will be in over their head.

Can you take Leadership multiple times so you could, for example, get more cohorts?

I'm pretty sure this is the case, it can be taken more then once.

Coordinate as for the Star wars noble. Give allies +3 to aid out of combat +1 for 4 extra levels after.

Crothian, so you would like to see the feats have a 10 foot radius and only affect cohorts or followers?

I think it should be 10 or 15 feet and effect only followers/cohorts. I'm really not to sure what range is good. Perhaps have it better the closer you are to the leader. THis would allow greater range at diminished effects.

Well I would like to keep the feat simple, so having to keep track of different bonuses depending on range will be too difficult to keep track of considering the variable we are dealing with. So I will change them to a 10 foot radius and it will affect only cohorts and followers.

That's fine. I agree simple is always best to go. I think these feats are really coming along nicely.
