Anyone know of a Leadership feat chain?

I'm really not too sure. Maybe have it cha modifier + 3 per day. Or something like that.

Anyone else have an opinion on this?

My brains fried as a Big Ten Team actually won. And against Duke!! If I drank, I'd be drunk!!:D

I hav always been of the mind that things of the same type should follow the same rules and procedures. If we allow this one to be used multiple times per day, then why dont we allow the other ones to be used mulitple times per day. So I am thinking this

The first version of the feat allows you to use it once per day, on one set of cohorts or followers in a 10 foot radius.

The improved feat, allows you to use it three times per day, and on any number of sets of cohorts or followers in a 10 foot radius

two feats but much better results the second time taken.

Ok so the two feats we have now, look like this.

Swarm Tactics [Leadership]
Your guidance allows your allies to work together more effectively.
Prerequisites: Cha 13+, Dex 13+, Leadership
Benefit: Once per day, at the beginning of a round, when two of your followers or your cohort are flanking an enemy, you can increase their flanking bonus from +2 to +4 for that round. They must be within a 10 foot radius of you in order for you to use this abillity.

Improved Swarm Tactics [Leadership]
Your guidance allows your allies to work together more effectively.
Prerequisites: Cha 13+, Dex 13+, Leadership, Swarm Tactics
Benefit: Thrice per day, at the beginning of a round, when any number of groups of two of your followers or your cohort are flanking an enemy, you can increase their flanking bonus from +2 to +4 for that round. They must be within a 10 foot radius of you in order for you to use this abillity.

Just because I like to complicate things, how about saying they get an additional +2 to attack. This way people with the Dual Strike Feat can also take advantage of this ability. I think having a lot of followers with Dual Strike feat would greatly compliment these new feats.

Are you saying that the improved feat should have an additional +2 bonus to hit as well as the +2 flanking bonus? I think I am confused about what you want? I am interested though.

Sorry, at times I don't explain things well. So, I'm going to take it slow. First we havea group of guys flanking a beast. They get +2 to attack the beast. With your feat their leader can help them out to get that bonus to +4. However, if they have the feat Dual Strike they would already have a +4 bonus to attack whenever they are flanking.

So, I'm suggestion instead of the feat saying the bonus goes from +2 to +4, that it just says it grants an additional +2 to attack. This way people with Dual Strike feat get +6 to attack.

I hope that makes more sense, and I apologize for the confusion on the last post.

ok so rather then being a flanking bonus it is an attack bonus, or we could word it as a stackable bonus to flanking, and reference that it stacks with such things as Dual strike

two different ways to word it

This is a stackable bonus that adds to existing bonuses to the flanking ability. They must be within a 10 foot radius of you in order for you to use this abillity.

Which would work better?

I think this works well. It's an unnamed bonus so it will stack with anything. So, I don't see a need to say that.

Has anyone got any ideas for non-combat leadership feats? I am designing a 5 level Noble PrC for one of my players. At the moment, is grants Leadership at 3rd level, and I want to give other feats at 4th and 5th, but I don't neccesarily want them to be combat feats like the ones above. Any ideas?
