Anyone Plan On Giving d20 Modern A Go?

I don't even see what the big deal is for D20 modern. You got CoC and Spycraft. What more do you need. If you want everyday type people use the CoC rules. If you want heroic modern heroes use Spycraft.

D20 modern just doesn't interest me.

Now I'd like to see a fairly "hard" sci-fi game from WOTC, yet T20 will be out soon....

Methinks WOTC is getting beaten to the punch.

We all build fantasy worlds based on actual Medieval times, I don't see why we can't build a fantasy world based on the modern world. That's what I plan on doing.

Thats my plan, I got the D*M source book after the close of Alternity (that system never interested me anyway) now i'm gonna finally get to use it. The D20Mod magic system doesn't matter to me, as i intend to use the Chaos magic system from Mongoose publishing.

I have an idea for a campaign setting that is just keeping me awake at nights.

But since there is an extreme lack of gamers in my neck of the woods (Yuma, AZ), I may just write it up and submit it....or at the very least post it on the web.
