Anyone seeing Hellboy today?

i got a game tomorrow and a fantasy baseball draft sunday, but i hope i can squeeze it in somewhere. hopefully, before or after our d&d session.

I rarely bother going on opening night of a popular movie. It isn't like the film will be any better, and the crowds are a pain. I do want to catch Hellboy at some point. I find I usually have lots of fun at comics-based movies when I haven't read the comic. No preconceptions getting in my way

I like to catch movies like this on opening day during the day, work permitting. In the past, it hasn't been hard, but lately it's been more challenging to get away and do it, though.

That way, I don't have to wait, and I don't have crowd problems either. I was hoping to see this movie this afternoon, but I probably won't be able to.

Depends on what the new girlfriend wants to go see; it's gonna be a choice between Hellboy and "Walking Tall", both of which we wanna see.

I figure I'll go see it Sunday. I have other plans before then. I've never read the comic, but the WSJ said very good things about it, and their reviews, while not perfect, are about the closest to my opinion I've ever seen in a professional reviewer.
